Painter Choice: How it works
Thousands of customers request estimates every month from Painter Choice. When a customer requests estimates, we instantly text message you and email you the customer's information. We send the lead to 1-4 contractors.
Contact the customer like any other referral. Call them as quickly as possible and send them an email. Follow up if you don't reach them on the first call.
Cost of service
You pay $35 per lead we send to you. That's it. No other hidden fees, activation fees, or charges. If the customer selects "1 room or less", those leads are free of charge. You will receive an email invoice when we charge you for leads.
Refunds
If you receive a lead with bad contact information, simply respond to the text message or email and let us know. We'll refund the lead within 24-48 hours.
Pausing your account & customer service issues
If you need to pause your leads, you can reply to the text message or email. We will respond within 24 hours. You can also contact us directly at info@painterchoice.com or 1(866)389-2854.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your account at any time. We have no contract, and no cancellation fee.
Test Lead
You will be receiving a test lead within 24 hours. Please reply to the text message to confirm you've received the lead.
When will you start receiving leads?
You'll receive a test lead within 24 hours. Reply to confirm you received the test lead. You can expect to start receiving leads within the next 1-7 days depending on your service area.
