Questions You Might Have

What happens after I sign up?

After you sign up you will receive a call from your account manager to go over any final details or requests you have. After this call your account will be live and you will be eligible to start receiving leads. If you create your account outside of business hours, you will get a call the next business day.

What type of leads will I get?

Most of our job types are for residential interior and exterior repaint work. If you can only do exterior or interior only, please tell your account manager upon signing up and we can adjust your account accordingly.

When will I get my leads?

We only send new leads in real-time, so as soon as a homeowner requests an estimate in your area, you will receive their contact information directly.

How will I receive the leads?

We send you new leads via text and email in real time. As soon as a customer requests an estimate from you, their contact info and project details will be instantly texted and emailed to you. You can choose the phone number and email address where leads will be sent.

What if I get a bad lead?

If you receive a lead that has bad contact information (bad or wrong phone number) we refund it and you get a new lead in it's place.

What's the billing structure?

It's $590 to start which prepays for your first 10-13 leads and then you are billed in $295 batches which reloads your account with credit for your next set of leads. You can pause and resume your lead flow at any time through your dashboard or by calling your account manager.

Where will I receive leads?

You will receive leads in the area you designate with your account manager after signing up. You can choose a service radius that covers the area you operate in.

What if I need help with my account?

You get a dedicated account manager that is readily available to help you with any questions or account adjustments. You just call our main line (866) 389-2854 and we're happy to help!

What's the refund policy?

If we are unable to get you leads within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund.

Do I get the leads all at once?

We only send new leads in real-time, which means that you receive leads at the same time a customer requests an estimate from you. In most cities we are getting 1-3 leads a day, so your lead flow will depend on how big your service radius is.
